Reflexology
-
Appointments can be in your own home or in my treatment room. I travel with a mobile treatment couch to ensure your comfort.
-
Before the first treatment, a consultation will take place to ensure I have the full picture of your past and current health.
-
A reflexology treatment takes around one hour. It can be in silence, with music or with conversation. Whatever you feel is conducive to relaxation.
-
Reflexology is not ticklish. It may be tender but not painful.
-
You do not have to undress. Nor do you have to have 'nice feet'.
-
A course of 5 or 6 sessions is usual.
-
